Find Me/Follow Me Settings
Having a hosted PBX system obviously relies on the integrity of the internet.
There may be a circumstance where your office internet connection is down, and so are your phones.
It is in the Find Me/Follow Me Settings that you should choose a “Failover to” – External Number such as a cell phone or an analog line to have the Jive system on-line route calls to if it can’t “see” your phone.
